Syrnyky (cheese pancakes) with raisins are traditional Ukrainian cheese pancakes with a soft, tender texture and pleasant sweetness from juicy raisins. The base is sour milk cheese mixed with white granulated sugar, egg yolks, premium wheat flour, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt, then enriched with raisins that give a fruity note in every bite.

These syrnyky are ideal for breakfast, brunch, dessert or an afternoon snack. Serve them hot with sour cream, Greek yogurt, honey, jam, berry sauce or fresh fruit – they are satisfying, but not heavy, and loved by both children and adults.

Cooking method: frozen syrnyky are fried in preheated sunflower oil (butter) over low heat, while rolling over as needed.
