Thanks to the combination of two types of premium meat, the filling is rich and flavorful, while rice, carrots and onion add softness and natural sweetness. Each portion is carefully seasoned with salt and ground black pepper and fried in refined sunflower oil for a balanced taste.
Cooking method:
Place the cabbage rolls in a pan while still frozen. Separately fry carrots and onion; if desired, add sour cream and tomato paste to the fry. Put the fried vegetables over the cabbage rolls, cover with water and stew over low heat – about 40 minutes in summer and up to 2 hours in winter, until the cabbage rolls are fully cooked and tender.
