Shelf life and storage conditions: 90 days at a temperature not exceeding -18°C.
Cooking method: Place frozen cutlets in a preheated pan with sunflower oil (butter) over low heat. Cover and turn occasionally dish and cook evenly. Alternatively place cutlets in a overproof dish and cook in the oven preheated to 180 C for 20 minutes.
Refreezing is not allowed.
