Cooking method:

  1. REMOVE KHACHAPURI FROM THE FREEZER AND LET IT SIT AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR 30-40 MINUTES

  1. PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 365°F

  2. PLACE THE KHACHAPURI ON A BAKING SHEET LINED WITH PARCHMENT PAPER

  3. BAKE FOR 20-25 MIN UNTIL THE DOUGH IS GOLDEN AND THE BOTTOM IS FULLY COOKED

  4. OPTIONAL: 5-7 MINUTES BEFORE IT'S DONE, ADD AN EGG AND A SMALL PIECE OF BUTTER TO THE CENTER

    Refreezing is not allowed.
