In the summer, carrying in thermal packs is recommended.

Cooking method: thaw on a surface greased with oil before cooking. Fry in plenty of oil in a preheated frying pan with the lid closed, 5-6 minutes on each side. It is advisable to put the finished bilyashi on parchment so that the remnants of the oil drain.

Refreezing is not allowed.
