Description
Mushroom Potato Fritters (Deruny) are classic grated potato pancakes with a savoury mushroom accent. The mixture is made from potatoes, fried field mushrooms, bulb onion, premium wheat flour and chicken eggs, with a little mayonnaise, salt and ground black pepper for a rich, home-style taste and a golden crust after frying.
Thanks to the fried mushrooms inside, these deruny have a pronounced mushroom flavour and work well as a meat-free main course or hearty side dish. Serve them hot with sour cream, yogurt sauce, fresh herbs, salads or pickles for lunch or dinner.
Cooking method: frozen potato fritters are fired in preheated sunflower oil over medium heat, while rolling over as needed.
