Description
Meatball Soup is a ready-to-cook frozen soup mix for quick, home-style lunches and dinners. The blend includes potatoes, carrots, onion, herbs and minced pork with egg, salt and pepper, forming tender meatballs right in the pot and a rich, aromatic broth with vegetables.
To prepare, simply put 1 kg of the mixture into 2 litres of boiling water, bring back to the boil and cook for about 20 minutes over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and, if desired, add a bay leaf for extra aroma. Serve hot with bread, herbs or sour cream.
This soup is convenient for busy days: you get a full pot of hearty, balanced soup with minimal effort – just cook from frozen and enjoy.
