omemade Pork Sausage is a raw, oven-ready sausage made from stringless half-fat pork and pork fat in a natural casing. The meat is seasoned with fresh garlic, mustard seeds, salt and ground black pepper, giving the sausage a rich, homemade taste with a light spicy note and juicy texture when baked.
It is ideal for family dinners, festive tables and weekend meals – serve the sausage hot from the oven with potatoes, grilled vegetables, sauerkraut, fresh salad or bread.
Cooking method: the sausage is defrosted at room temperature from 30 minutes to 1 hour. It is baked in the oven for 30-40 minutes at a temperature of 180°C - 200°C
