Description

These veal pelmeni are classic meat dumplings made with a simple, clean recipe. Thin dough from premium wheat flour is filled with minced premium stringless veal, onion and light seasoning. The result is a tender, juicy filling with a mild, natural meat taste that works well for both everyday meals and family dinners.

Pelmeni are delivered frozen and cook in just 5–7 minutes after the water returns to a boil, so they’re ideal when you want a hot meat dish without spending time on preparation. Serve them with butter, sour cream or your favorite sauce to highlight the delicate flavor of veal.

Cooking method: frozen pelmeni are put into boiling salted water. They are brought to a boil while stirring and cooked for 5–7 minutes. Cooked pelmeni are taken out from the water and dressed to taste (with butter or sour cream).
