Description
Salmon & Tilapia Fish Cutlets are light, tender fish patties made from a balanced mix of tilapia (42%) and salmon (18%). Grated carrot and onion add sweetness and juiciness, while refined sunflower oil, olive oil, salt and ground chili pepper give a delicate texture and a mild spicy note.
These cutlets are perfect for a quick, healthy lunch or dinner – rich in protein but not heavy, with only 116.6 kcal per 100 g. Serve them with mashed potatoes, rice, quinoa, fresh salad, grilled vegetables or inside a bun as a fish burger.
Cooking method: Place frozen cutlets in a preheated pan with sunflower oil (butter) over low heat. Cover and turn occasionally dish and cook evenly. Alternatively place cutlets in a overproof dish and cook in the oven preheated to 180 C for 20 minutes.
