Description
Pork and Beef Cutlets are classic home-style meat patties with a mild, juicy taste and tender texture. The mixture combines lean semi-fat pork, lean semi-fat beef and a little lard for extra softness and flavour. Finely chopped onion, breadcrumbs, loaf, chicken eggs, salt and ground black pepper complete the recipe, giving the cutlets a balanced, familiar “homemade” taste.
After cooking, the cutlets are nicely browned outside and remain soft and juicy inside. They are perfect as a main course for everyday family lunches and dinners – serve them with mashed potatoes, buckwheat, rice, pasta, vegetables, salads or pickles.
Cooking method: Frozen cutlets are fried in sunflower oil (butter) in a preheated pan (under the lid) over low heat, while rolling over as needed, or put in a preheated oven and baked for about 20 minutes.
