Description

Fish Cutlets are rich, hearty fish patties with a classic home-style taste. The mixture combines Argentinian fish fillet (43%) with pork lard (24%) for extra juiciness, plus wheat loaf, onion, wheat breadcrumbs and eggs, lightly seasoned with salt and ground black pepper. After cooking, the cutlets are crispy on the outside and tender inside, with a delicate fish flavour and satisfying texture.

These cutlets are perfect as a main course for lunch or dinner – serve them with mashed potatoes, rice, pasta, buckwheat, fresh salad, grilled vegetables or pickles. They also work well in a burger bun as a fish sandwich.

Cooking method: Frozen cutlets are fried in sunflower oil (butter) in a preheated pan (under the lid) over low heat, while rolling over as needed, or put in a preheated oven and baked for about 20 minutes.
