Beef Lyulya Kebab (No Pork) is a rich, juicy minced beef kebab inspired by Middle Eastern and Caucasian cuisine. The mix is made from 79% deboned beef with 16% onion, fresh parsley and an aromatic Baharat spice blend (ground black pepper, allspice, turmeric, coriander, cumin, nutmeg, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, ginger, paprika) with just the right amount of salt.
These kebabs are completely pork-free, making them a great choice for those who avoid pork but still want a full, smoky kebab flavour. The result is a tender, well-seasoned kebab that stays juicy inside and browns beautifully outside.
Cooking metod:
Metod 1: Griil. Defrost the kebabs fully. Grill on medium heat, turning occasionally until browned and heated through. Enjoy hot off the grill!
Metod 2: Oven. Place defrosted kebabs on a baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 350F for 12 minutes or until golden. Serve and enjoy!
Metod 3: Air Fryer. Defrost the kebabs. Air fry at 350F for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through. Crispy and ready to serve! Do not refreeze after defrosting.
