Description
Beef Cutlets are classic home-style beef patties with a rich, juicy taste and soft texture. The mixture combines boneless beef (56%) and beef fat (12%) for flavour and tenderness, plus wheat loaf (11%) and onion (10%), lightly seasoned with salt and ground black pepper. After cooking, the cutlets are browned on the outside and remain succulent inside – just like homemade.
They are ideal as a main course for lunch or dinner: serve with mashed potatoes, rice, buckwheat, pasta, vegetables, salads or pickles. These cutlets are convenient to keep in the freezer and cook quickly whenever you need a hearty meal.
Cooking method: Frozen cutlets are fried in sunflower oil (butter) in a preheated pan (under the lid) over low heat, while rolling over as needed, or put in a preheated oven and baked for about 20 minutes.
