Description

Salmon and Cheese Crepes are thin, delicate pancakes with an elegant, restaurant-style filling. The crepe batter is prepared from premium wheat flour, cow milk, chicken eggs, butter, water, sugar and salt, so the pancakes turn out soft, elastic and lightly golden after frying.

Inside, there is a refined, savory filling of salmon fillet and sour milk cheese with fresh dill, creating a creamy, slightly tangy taste with a fresh herbal note. This combination makes the crepes perfect both for everyday meals and festive serving – from brunch to dinner.

Serve Salmon and Cheese Crepes hot, freshly fried, with sour cream, a light cream or yogurt sauce, lemon wedges or extra fresh herbs. They work well as a main course, appetizer or snack with wine or sparkling water.
