Description

Chicken and Mushroom Crepes are thin, delicate pancakes with a hearty, savory filling – perfect for a quick hot meal or appetizer. The crepe batter is made from cow milk, premium wheat flour, chicken eggs, butter, water, sugar and salt, which gives the pancakes a soft, elastic texture and a light golden colour after frying.

Inside, there is a juicy filling of boiled chicken fillet and fried field mushrooms with fried bulb onion, seasoned with salt and ground black pepper. The result is a rich, home-style taste with a pronounced chicken-and-mushroom aroma in every bite.

Serve these crepes hot, freshly fried with sour cream, yogurt or garlic sauce, plus fresh salad or pickles. They work well as a snack, lunch, light dinner or party appetizer.


Cooking method: crepes are defrosted at room temperature and fried in preheated sunflower oil (butter) over low heat, while rolling over as needed
