Description

Benderiki with Chicken and Cheese are crispy stuffed crepes with a juicy, cheesy filling – perfect as a hot snack, appetizer or full meal. The delicate crepe is made from premium wheat flour, cow’s milk, chicken eggs, butter, water and crystalline sugar, giving it a soft texture that browns beautifully in the pan.

Inside, there is a rich, savory filling: chicken with pork fat for juiciness, mozzarella cheese, dill, onion, salt and ground black pepper. Mozzarella melts during frying, making the centre tender and stretchy, while dill and onion add a fresh, aromatic note.

Cooking method: Benderiki are defrosted at room temperature, egg batter is made, if desired, and benderiki are fried in preheated sunflower oil (butter) over low heat.
