Description
Beef Chebureki are thin, crispy fried pies filled with juicy minced beef – a classic street-food taste in a convenient frozen format. The dough is made from premium wheat flour, drinking water, refined sunflower oil, vinegar, sugar and salt, so after frying it becomes golden, bubbly and crunchy, while staying flexible enough to hold a generous filling.
Inside, there is a savoury mix of boneless beef and bulb onion, with a little beef fat for extra juiciness, seasoned with salt and ground black pepper. The result is a rich, aromatic filling that stays tender and flavourful after frying.
Beef chebureki are ideal as a hot snack, quick lunch, party food or late-night treat. Serve them fresh from the pan with sour cream, garlic sauce, ketchup, spicy sauce or yogurt dips, plus fresh herbs or a simple salad on the side.
Cooking method: Chebureki are defrosted a little (so that they do not stick to your hands) at room temperature and fried in preheated sunflower oil (butter) over low heat, while rolling over as needed.
